Transformative Bodywork Retreat
June 7 - 12, 2026 | Nature Reserve Silent Lake, Poland

A 6-day nature & healing retreat with daily 1:1 Holistic Bodywork & Transformation Work in group setting

Dance in the mystery of life - in your own body. Remember the safety in your bones, access memory in your waters, experience clarity in your mind and activate energy to walk your life in beauty.

This 6-day program offers a holistic approach to transforming physical symptoms, limiting thoughts, belief systems, or overwhelming emotions, by addressing your body, emotions, and mind. The combination of receiving daily 1:1 Transformative Bodywork sessions over the course of several days with accompanying group sessions of integration practices makes this specific format so powerful.

You work on your personal story of transformation, and you are also held and supported by the circle of humans who are entering this work all together. Our group work during this retreat consists of Fluentbody group sessions in the mornings, releasing tension and warming the energy for the day, (expect your heart dancing!) and sessions of evening yoga with guided relaxations to integrate the day and your 1:1 session. Expect relaxing and deepening practices of restorative yoga, yin yoga and mythic, trance-state inducing yoga nidra along with supporting embodied rituals to open and ground your process of the day.

This format can be a great introduction to the universe of somatic healing and a fresh start to address topics of your life with a somatic approach. If you already have experience with somatic therapy, this can be a great dive into a deeper exploration.
Open to all who are willing to reconnect, to be vulnerable, to learn and to take responsibility for this life.

The flow of the reatreat

Guided by the sounds of nature, we will begin the mornings in silence. We gather in the cozy wooden Maloka or meet by the lakefront outside, for a full body morning practice of Fluentbody guided by Masha. Like this, your day may unfold with a topic, an intention, an inspiration for our days of connecting with life force.

After a homemade breakfast under the trees or in the cozy woodhouse kitchen, you will receive your 1:1 Transformative Bodywork session personally by one of the retreat facilitators in the Maloka or Tipi and you will receive personal guidance to expand the work of your session in the coming hours. In the afternoon you have time off to enjoy walks around the lake or in the forest. If you are in the afternoon sessions group, you have time for yourself in nature in the morning and will be receiving your individual Bodywork session in the afternoon.

For lunch and dinner, we meet for healthy meals (vegetarian options included). As daylight fades, evenings bring us together for rich somatic integration and sharing circles to go deeper into connection and relaxation and restoration. We journey deeper into our sense of being guided by mythic yoga nidra, sounds and music.

The retreat closes with a special ritual: the Sweatlodge ceremony to close our experience in prayer, grounding our learnings, and preparing us for the journey ahead.

We are part of a huge and intelligent web of life, and through this work, we remember our part and place in it. Holistic Bodywork is a way to explore elemental connection through breath, touch and presence.

Create wisdom that is needed for this world in transition.

The Pillars of This Retreat

1:1 Transformative Bodywork
is the main pillar of this retreat, we could call it the heart-piece. During the 1:1 sessions with one of retreat facilitators, you will learn about your life and thought patterns, the design of your trauma, and meet your fears and dreams. You may allow yourself to fall, to feel, to be with it all and shape a new reality.

Fluentbody™
is a somatic exploration method guided by Masha that uses effortless, fluid movement to help people be more generous with their body and mind. The method is a practice of sensing, using imageries, to connect with the body and mind, break through limitations, foster self-acceptance and emotional exploration. It is a practice of discovery, curiosity, and awareness. Through the power of movement, breath, and voice, we playfully explore the patterns of our body.

Yoga informed by somatic schools
is a methodology that Jana uses to enter the wisdom of the body through the wisdom of traditional yoga and modern, research-based somatic schools. In these ways, you will manage to release tension, to build stamina, and to land in the here and now.

Yoga Nidra
is an ancient technology used by many animist traditions to restore body and mind thus promoting longevity. Taking shape as a guided relaxation practice, this method brings systematic awareness to all parts of the body, inducing a state of deep rejuvenation that shifts brain wave activity from active beta waves to slower, more meditative alpha and theta waves. A state of trance and deep clarity can occur.

Sweatlodge Ceremony
is a way to offer gratitude, to reconnect to the elements and to pray for the path ahead. We could say that it's an ancient sauna ritual to purify guided by the sacred geometry of the universe and chants.
