When you book a session, you provide data (name, email, appointment details) directly to TidyCal, which acts as our data processor. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). Payments via Stripe and PayPal
For paid bookings via TidyCal, payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.) or PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.). These providers receive your payment data directly to process the transaction. We do not store your full payment card details. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
