  • Contact via Email or Form

  • Booking via TidyCal
    We use the external scheduling tool TidyCal (from AppSumo, 1305 E 6th St #3, Austin, TX 78702, USA) to manage bookings. When you book a session, you provide data (name, email, appointment details) directly to TidyCal, which acts as our data processor. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).   • Payments via Stripe and PayPal
    For paid bookings via TidyCal, payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.) or PayPal (PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.). These providers receive your payment data directly to process the transaction. We do not store your full payment card details. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. 4. Special Category Data (Health Information)

As part of our holistic services, you may voluntarily provide health-related information. We process this sensitive data exclusively to provide our services safely and effectively. The legal basis for this is your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you provide by sharing this information with us for the purpose of the service. This data is treated with the highest confidentiality.
